Ms. Roxana Ahmadian has a plethora of experience in intellectual property. Starting with her participation in the Intellectual Property Clinic and her Entertainment Certificate at USC, she has gone on to do numerous trademark and copyright registrations for various clients ranging from copyrighting books to trademarking logos and brand names, and then manages the portfolios.
TTB/ABC Compliance
Ms Ahmadian has traveled to Bordeaux, France to earn her MBA in Wine Marketing and Management so that she could be a knowledgeable consultant and invaluable resource on alcohol compliance matters in the USA.
She's a regular legal consultant for clients both in the U.S. and Europe.

Roxana Ahmadian holds the role of General Counsel in a number of companies throughout the states of California and Nevada. In this role she drafts and reviews contracts ranging from settlement agreements to commercial leases, registers trademarks and manages the intellectual property portfolio, collaborates with other departments and outside counsel, and much more.
